Eleanor Lansing Dulles (1895-1996) was an economist, teacher, author, and employee of the United States Government. She was a member of a prominent diplomatic family in the United States, and spent the majority of her career in government service. She worked for the United States Social Security Board during the Great Depression and the United States Department of State during World War II and the Cold War.
