Ledgers recording stock purchases and activity for each stockholder. Every stockholder receives a section and thereunder transfers and sales are noted. Fields include date, certificate numbers, to whom transferred, date of purchase, method, and number of certificates. The second half of the book consists of the bank's copy of the stock receipts. Similar in format to the reverse of stock certificates.
