The certificate is numbered, shows the shareholder, the amount of stock purchased and includes the signatures of Riggs president Charles Glover and Riggs cashier Arthur Brice. On the reverse side, the stock holder indicates to whom he is transferring stock and his attorney and signs the transfer. A witness also signs.
