Biographical / Historical

John Elsberg (1945-2012) was the author of more than a dozen books and chapbooks of poetry. He was also the editor of the small press magazine Bogg. Bogg began publication in the 1960s.Bogg was founded by George Cairncross in England. Elsberg worked with him on that publication, in the 1970s Elsberg became the US (and Australian) editor and eventually Elsberg assumed sole publishing responsibilities.
