The materials in this collection consist of Continuing Education for Women Program publications and correspondence; Publication samples, advertisements, and press clippings; Continuing Education for Women Program brochures, articles, history, course schedules, and programs; Legal Assistant Program special events and office files; and American Bar Association annual reports and correspondence related to the Legal Assistant Program.
Collection includes computer programming materials developed at GW between 1966 and 1980. It also contains Educational Computing Technology Workshop materials, TMIS Training Program Modules, Medical Computer Programming for Patients and other items such as a Chi-Square, Data Red, Deeds, MLS, Paired T-Test, Plot 12A, Rankcorr, Dersim Notebook, Orcon/S2632, POMR, Pharmacokinetics, Drug-Receptor Interactions and Regresso, Serdis, T-Test, Variance.
Collection contains an assortment of old computer parts, calculators, reel-to-reel information tape. Examples of the development of wafers and the computer chip, a board from the 1952 Univac, mounted exhibit of the evolution of tubes (used before resisters and compactors), and other physical examples of the evolution of the computer.
