Chauncey M. Depew papers
Collection consists of fifty boxes of material documenting Chauncey M. Depew's career in public speaking from approximately 1880-1920. It features many published speeches, handwritten and typescript speeches, and notes, in addition to scrapbooks, memorial books, clippings, and photographs that portray Depew as an orator.

Franz H. Michael papers
Franz H. Michael (1907-92) was director of The George Washington University's (GW) Institute for Sino-Soviet Studies from 1969 to 1972. A noted expert on Chinese history and Far Eastern affairs, Michael came to GW in 1964 as the associate director of the institute under Kurt London. Collection of correspondence, speeches, and articles. They range in date from 1966 to 1986.
Jesse Fant Evans papers
Jesse DuBois Fant Evans was the first woman to serve on George Washington University's Board of Trustees (1924-66). Evans received her A.B. in 1913 (with distinction) and an honorary Doctor of Education in 1932, both from GW. Collection include her personal papers, speeches, family memorabilia and GW memorabilia. The collection ranges from 1912 to 1962.
John Latimer papers
John Francis Latimer (1903-1991) was a Professor of Classics and University Marshal at The George Washington University. Collection include books, correspondence, articles, notes, photographs, syllabi, audio tapes, reports, newsletters, speeches, and lantern slides. They range in date from 1890-1990.
